Including Cats In Wedding Portraits Makes For Purrfect Memories

When it’s your fairytale day of nuptials and celebration, it can be hard to include your cat in the wedding ceremony or the reception. Cats are social in their own ways, but that kind of activity is a lot to expect of most felines. Italian photographer Marianna Zampieri understands this of cats as well as the need to include all the family, even the kitties, in the special day. So, to celebrate her wedding day, she did a private shoot with her cat, Arthur. Of course, the results were purrfect as you can’t go wrong with cats and glamour.

Marianna’s friends loved the idea so much, when they got married, the couple requested a shoot with their cats. And an amazing service was born! Now Marianna offers post-wedding portraits with cats for her clients. But it’s no surprise Marianna got the idea to photograph cats and newlyweds. She’s a self-described catographer who loves capturing cats on camera in all capacities. From home portrait shoots to artistic projects featuring felines, Marianna photographs them all.
