Holly Knox Brookhouser a young lady was about to celebrate her son’s second anniversary of adoption. She wanted to throw a small party for him and was buying some stuff from the grocery store, that’s when she checked her Facebook for a while and read something that immediately cought her eye. One of local pages posted that they had shortly rescue a lovely black kitten from one of the busiest roads that runs through Bentonville, Arkansas. The people who saved the kitten were’t able to keep her/him.
The rescuers had posted their adress and Holly realised that they lived right by her house, so she private messaged them.
Not long after the kitten was with Holly and her 4-year-old son Marcelo in her car. Not only she wanted to gift her son something but she also knew that she would save a life. When Holly asked her son how would he like to name the kitten, he said: “Appleseed”.
Luckily the kitten felt very safe near her knew family. She also climbed on Holly’s shoulder nestled in her hair and fell asleep.
After quarantining for some days, Apleseed started getting comfortable around the house and started playing with the other pets of the family.
Apleseed loves to hang around her family’s legs. She is so adorable and noone can resist her sweetness.
When Apleseed is old enough and is ready for adoption she will hopefully find her forever home!
