A heartwarming video circulating captures the touching rescue of a deer cub trapped in a swash, by a kind Labrador.
The canine bravely swims over to the struggling cub gently carries it in its mouth and brings it safely to the shore while being filmed by its caretaker.
On land the dog carefully sets the deer down unharmed. It remains unknown from the footage whether the dogs mother was present, during this rescue.
