Today is a special day, it’s the 21st birthday of my beloved cat, my dearest companion. 21 years is a long time, long enough to witness many ups and downs in life, but my love for my cat remains the same as it was in the beginning.
This little cat came to me when I was just a child. Back then, he was just a tiny kitten, with golden fur and big blue eyes like two emeralds. His adorable appearance immediately captured my heart.
Since that day, the cat has become a dear friend, always by my side at every moment. When I’m happy, he’s happy with me, when I’m sad, he comforts me with soft purrs and affectionate headbutts. My cat is a confidant, a soulmate who always understands my soul.
21 years have passed, the cat is no longer as agile as before, his golden fur is now dotted with silver strands. However, his blue eyes still radiate intelligence and mischievousness. My cat is still my loyal companion, always by my side every day.
My cat’s 21st birthday is a special occasion for me to express my gratitude and cherish this beautiful friendship. I wish my cat good health, peace and happiness to live by my side.

Family Reunites With Their Missing Cat After 2 Years And A 1000 Miles
This family experienced the heartache of losing their beloved cat a couple of years ago. At the time, they had resigned themselves to the idea that they might never see their furry friend again.
But fast-forward to today, and they find themselves nearly 1,000 miles away from where they last laid eyes on their beloved pet.
Hold onto your hats, folks, because what happened next is nothing short of a plot twist for the ages!
Justice Ryder and her kids received an unexpected blast from the past when their long-lost tuxedo cat, Corbin, waltzed right back into their lives. I mean, talk about an unexpected twist of fate!
Justice couldn’t believe her eyes when she stumbled upon a Facebook post featuring a cat that could’ve been Corbin’s doppelgänger.

She thought, perhaps, it was an old photo resurfacing, but nope – it was a recent post from someone who had found a cat in her yard and was on a mission to reunite the feline with its owner.
The incredible part? This good Samaritan lived just a stone’s throw away from their old stomping grounds.
Justice wasted no time connecting with this mystery woman, and after an intense session of comparing notes and photos, they both agreed without a shadow of a doubt that Corbin was indeed their long-lost feline friend.
It was a heartwarming reunion in the making!

But here’s where the story takes an even sweeter turn. A friend of Justice’s, Sandi Fettes, got wind of the situation and took it upon herself to orchestrate Corbin’s journey back home.
Sandi reached out to a charity called the Wings of Rescue – an amazing group of kind-hearted pilots who dedicate themselves to flying animals to safety.

The charity stepped up to the plate, arranging a flight to reunite Corbin with his family.
But before the big trip, Corbin got the full VIP treatment at the vet’s office, including neutering, microchipping, and vaccinations. After all, safety always comes first, right?
Now, even though Corbin had embarked on a wild adventure over the past two years, he hadn’t changed one bit.
He was still the same lovable furball that Justice remembered, it was as if he had never left! It was heartwarming to see how quickly he adapted to his new-old home.
And here’s the cherry on top: Justice’s son’s birthday was just around the corner. They were planning to deck him out in style with a snazzy bow tie for the celebration.

In the grand scheme of things, it has been a roller-coaster ride for this family, but in the best possible way.

A young cat ended up at a shelter with her 4-week-old kittens, desperately needing rescue. She was a mother of two, who eagerly sought attention through the kennel door.
When Nikki of Best Friends Felines (a cat rescue) learned about her plight, she and her team sprang into action and brought the family of three to safety. “The moment she arrived, she showered her carer with head bops and smooches. This girl just loves attention,” Nikki shared.
She was so delighted to be out of the shelter that she greeted every volunteer, rubbing her face vigorously into their hand.

The cat named Allegra (which means happy, cheerful in Italian) was about two months shy of one year old at the time, with gorgeous wide eyes and ear tufts. Despite being a young mom, she tried her utmost to keep her two babies, Alexia and Alyssa, clean and well fed.
Her foster carer knew that as her living conditions improved, her coat would fluff up to its full glory.
Over the next few weeks in foster care, the kittens blossomed into boisterous troublemakers. As they became independent, cavorting around the place on their own, Allegra started to lay off mommy duties and spend more time learning to be a cat herself.
When the kittens were old enough for adoption, they swiftly found their forever home. For the first time in a while, Allegra could focus on her own growth.

She wasn’t sure how to play with toys at first and what to make of all the new things in the house after having been sequestered with her kittens in the nursery.
With the encouragement of her foster family, she slowly acclimated to the house.

Abandoned Senior Cat Finds Loving Home – And His Life Is Just Beginning!
Tigger the cat recently celebrated his 22nd birthday wearing a dapper bow tie and festive hat — and in addition, sharing a three-meat cake with a kitty brother named Stuart.
Tigger was tenderly tended to by his adoptive parents, former Baltimore Ravens cheerleader Adriene Buisch and her boyfriend, Michael Trentadue, who are absolutely determined to make every remaining day of this his life something to purr about.

It’s quite remarkable to see a cat enjoy his nine lives for so long, all the more so because this particular feline was abandoned after two decades.
Tigger’s former owner dropped him off at a Maryland animal hospital back in 2014, then never came back to get him.
“Day by day, week by week, the owner slowly lost contact with the hospital,” Buisch explained to TODAY in an email. “She would promise to be there the next day and then they wouldn’t hear from her for weeks. Eventually they lost all contact.”
As part of his bucket list, Tigger enjoyed a day at the beach. He also celebrated his 22nd birthday this past weekend.
It was early 2015 when Buisch and Trentadue first found out about Tigger’s plight. They were on the hunt for a new companion for their other cat whose name is Stuart and were contemplating getting a kitten, but were completely moved by the cat’s heartbreaking story.
“Next thing you know I’m calling the hospital …and heading up there the very next day,” Buisch, who is now 32, stated. “We figured we might as well give an old cat a comfy home for his remaining life while seeing how Stuart does with another cat.”
Tigger was completely matted and frail when the veterinary technician brought into the room to meet Buisch and Trentadue.
“Michael and I looked at each other and immediately said we were taking him home,” noted Buisch.
Tigger is a local celebrity in Baltimore.
Tigger’s happy adoption was followed by some very bad news: He had kidney failure, which is irreversible, but manageable with a prescription diet and medicine. And then one day, as Trentadue, 40, just so happened to be brushing Tigger, he discovered a large tumor on the cat’s belly. Because of his age and kidney problems, surgery was ruled out
“We had no idea if we would have another month or another year with Tigger,” stated Buisch.
And so, she and Trentadue set out with extra determination to fill the ginger cat’s twilight days with love and adventure.
Lately, Tigger gets ferried around the family’s hometown of Baltimore in a cat-carrying sling and has truly become a local celebrity. He’s famous further on, too. Photos of Tigger’s walk on a beach last year went completely viral, melting the hearts of cat lovers the world over, who have since been following the charismatic feline on his Facebook page and showering Tigger with all kinds of treats, blankets, beds and homemade catnip toys.

Through all the gifts, his family has learned Tigger is not a huge fan of the catnip toys — but he did love the boxes they come in. So this past fall, Buisch and Trentadue arranged for a shoot with pet photographer Heidi Moore Trasatti (and as it turns out, the senior catizen is quite the ham).
Trasatti created all kinds of cardboard sculptures for darling Tigger to play around with — a hot air balloon, a throne, a boat — and also lured him into exploring them with yummy treats.
“Tigger’s favorite sculpture was probably the television set, with the throne as a close second. But honestly, Tigger seemed content with anything that involved chicken,” stated Trasatti.
Buisch and Trentadue don’t know just how much time they still have with Tigger. His tumor has gotten quite a bit bigger, but he’s put on weight — a good sign of health — and he seems to feel well.
So this past weekend, just in time for his 22nd birthday party, Buisch and Trentadue treated Tigger to a tuna, chicken, and ham birthday cake, which he readily shared with his good buddy, Stuart. The two gobbled up the treat and then went into what Buisch can only describe as a “purring meat coma.”
Once Tigger’s belly was full of his very favorite foods, his adoring parents set out to “smother him with love,” stated Buisch.
“When you have a cat like Tigger that had a home for 19 years to end up sitting in a cold cage for a year, it was like he was broken when we got him,” she stated. “Now we get to watch him enjoy life to the very end.”
