Meet Sherman, a male Calico cat. He’s so rare that there’s less than a 0.1% chance of a calico cat being born male.
Sherman is a rescue. He came to the Humane Society Silicon Valley. “It’s like a unicorn! I’ve been involved with shelters for 20 years and I have never seen one,” said Dr. Andrea Berger, an HSSV veterinarian.

Just 2 days ago, Sherman was adopted into a new home.
