Rescuers from the Little Cats Lost Society described him as one of the most pitiful Persian cats they had ever seen.
Ziggy’s luck began to change when Erin McDonald, a volunteer foster mom, heard about his situation. She quickly went to the shelter to bring him home, recognizing that Ziggy needed specialized care. The shelter determined he required a caregiver experienced in handling serious health issues, and McDonald, with her ability to provide an isolation area, was the perfect fit.
