Victimized Puppy Was About To Be Euthanized, But Given Second Chance By Care Team


This story speaks about a poor dog called Libre, who inspired the courts to enact a law called Libre’s Law into effect in 2017. 

Libre’s Law, that completes with the dog’s paw print by the signature of the governor, strengthened the punishment for the people, who abuse animals.

Libre, the brave dog, was in horrific shape when he was brought to the veterinarian. The chances of the puppy, who struggled to move his head up, to survive were so slim. 

Thankfully, the dog was a great survivor, he made it with help of Dillsbury Vet Center’s staff, who worked 24/7 to let the dog make it. Watch the video below.
