1967 Chevrolet Impala Sport Coupe equipped with a 4-speed transmission



This 1967 Chevrolet Impala sport coupe is propelled by a replacement 350ci V8 engine, which is mated to a Muncie four-speed manual transmission. The car boasts a white exterior finish and red vinyl upholstery. It comes with various features, including power steering, front disc brakes, chrome 15″ Cragar S/S wheels, and BFGoodrich redline tires. Additionally, there’s a Pioneer CD stereo, a Hurst shifter, an Edelbrock intake manifold, electronic ignition, an aluminum radiator, an MSD distributor, and a dual exhaust system.

Previously, the vehicle underwent a refurbishment and modification process while under different ownership. In June 2023, the selling dealer acquired this Impala. The car is currently available in Pennsylvania and comes with manufacturer’s literature, a Protect-O-Plate, service records, and an Ohio title.

The car’s body is coated in white, and it is reported that the exterior was re-painted during a previous ownership. The vehicle comes with several features, such as bright rocker and quarter-panel moldings, chrome bumpers, rubber bumper guards, dual side mirrors, and a dual exhaust system with outlets positioned behind the rear wheels.

The car is fitted with chrome 15-inch Cragar S/S wheels that sport spinner center caps and are wrapped in BFGoodrich Silvertown Radial redline tires. In the trunk, there is a full-size spare tire mounted. The vehicle also features power steering, and its braking system consists of front disc brakes and rear drum brakes.

The cabin features front and rear bench seats reupholstered in red vinyl joined by a color-coordinated dashboard, headliner, door panels, and carpets. Equipment includes a cabin heater, a Hurst shifter, a fire extinguisher, vent windows, lap belts for all occupants, and a Pioneer CD stereo.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a column-mounted AutoMeter tachometer as well as a 120-mph speedometer, an analog clock, and a fuel-level gauge. AutoMeter gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, and battery voltage are located below the center of the dashboard. The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 84k miles, approximately 100 of which were added by the selling dealer. The title lists an “Exceeds Mechanical Limits” mileage brand. Total mileage is unknown.

The replacement 350ci V8 was installed during the refurbishment and features an Edelbrock intake manifold, a four-barrel carburetor, MSD ignition components, tubular exhaust headers, a chrome air cleaner assembly, and polished valve covers, oil breathers, and flex hoses. A Champion aluminum radiator has been installed.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Muncie four-speed manual transmission and a 10-bolt rear axle. A dual exhaust system with chambered mufflers is installed.
