An Overweight 40 Pounds Cat Has Been Finally Adopted From Shelter

A photo of a 6-year-old cat called Patches was shared online by Richmond Animal Care and Control in Virginia, and it directly went viral as he weighs more than 40 pounds! The photo was shared in hopes that the cat would find a forever home!

The caption of the photo was that Patches, who is the largest cat you can see, is looking for adoption! It is also written that Patches also tries to reach a healthy weight as he is on a diet!

Thankfully a woman called Kay Ford saw the photo of Patches and directly called the shelter to tell them that she fell in love with him and wanted to adopt him to help him lose weight! And that’s what happened! Ford adopted Patches! What a happy ending!
