The current owner acquired it in 2015, initiating a comprehensive restoration process carried out by Relic Restoration located in Houston, Texas. Noteworthy additional features comprise power-assisted front disc brakes, power steering, 15″ Rallye wheels, the A33 Track Pak, an N96 Ramcharger hood scoop, black vinyl accents for the hood and sides, an AM/FM radio, and a Hurst pistol-grip shifter. The Charger R/T is now available for purchase, accompanied by a clean Texas title held in the name of the seller.

As part of the refurbishment process, the body of the car was meticulously stripped down and underwent necessary repairs. Following the repairs, the body was treated to a fresh coat of its original Butterscotch (EL5) color, exactly as it rolled out from the factory. The list of included equipment encompasses a Ramcharger hood scoop, black vinyl accents for the hood and bodysides, a racing mirror on the driver’s side, a black vinyl roof, and a dual-exit exhaust system featuring chrome tips.

The 15″ Rallye wheels wear chrome trim rings, and they are mounted with G60–15 Goodyear Polyglas GT white-letter tires. A black-painted spare wheel with a matching tire is mounted in the trunk. The car is equipped with power-assisted steering, and stopping power is provided by power-assisted front disc and rear drum brakes.

The three-spoke Tuff Wheel frames a 150-mph speedometer and gauges for oil pressure, fuel level, amperage, and coolant temperature. The five-digit odometer was reset during the refurbishment and shows one mile. Total mileage is unknown.

The replacement 426ci Hemi V8 is said to have been rebuilt before it was installed during the refurbishment. The car is equipped with dual four-barrel carburetors, and the A33 track package included a dual-point distributor, a seven-blade cooling fan, and a heavy-duty radiator with a fan shroud.
