A man saw a tiny kitten from his sailboat walking around the harbor. He was an orphan, and the man was worried about his well-being. He asked his wife, Abbi, to bring him onto the boat. Little did they know that this kitten would become the Harbor Master!

The little orange and white kitten they named Fred didn’t have his sea legs yet, but within a few days, the cat was hooked! He liked to lay by the mast, in the center of the ropes, as if ready he was to sail at any moment. The adorable kitty grew up, and before long, he anointed himself, King of the Harbor, eagerly jumping from boat to boat.

Eventually, the couple decided to sell the boat in Greece and move back to The States. Fred had to retire and had no idea what to do with himself. He was used to being the unofficial Harbor Master! What would he do now? His parents were worried about him, so they changed their life course once again!
