Recently, the public was really surprised to discover an abandoned farm containing 81 old cars in France. This is the property of a deceased man with many rare classic cars such as Lamborghini Miura, Porsche 356 Pre-A 1953, Jaguar E-Type, Chevrolet C3 Corvette…
Specifically, the owner of this classic car collection, Mr. Henry Ruggieri, has now passed away. During his lifetime, he diligently collected and hid these cars in different locations. When discovered, people found some inside the farm, the rest were found scattered around.
Over the years, these 81 rare antique cars have been damaged to varying degrees. Even, each of these cars lacks a few parts disassembled by the owner to prevent theft. In addition, experts also found many auto parts and accessories stored by this man.
In particular, in this collection stands out a rare supercar Lamborghini Miura, bearing chassis number 3285. This is the 118th car to be shipped worldwide. This model has run 77,886 km before resting. More importantly, after being auctioned, Lamborghini Miura, although not intact, was still sold for 636,000 USD (about 14.7 billion VND).
In addition to the above special model, this collection also has quite famous names such as Porsche 356 Pre-A 1953, Jaguar E-Type, Chevrolet C3 Corvette, Lincoln Continental, Lancia Flaminia, Hotchkiss 1947 or Alfa Romeo 90. The 1953 Porsche 356 Pre-A car sold for 54,000 USD (about 1.2 billion VND) and the 1961 Jaguar E-Type (equivalent to about 112,000 USD).
Besides rare supercars and luxury cars, there are also different Citroen and Peugeot cars. This is considered the most rare case, because all these cars are rare today, but almost forgotten.
